BuildWorth by ArianaCMS
How the estimate is calculated
What "website value" means here
It is the estimated cost to build an equivalent website today. It is not the sale price of the business, the value of the domain, its traffic or its revenue.
What is actually checked
One page — the address you submit — and publicly observable information. Private work behind a login, back-office logic and unpublished pages cannot be observed and are assumptions until you describe them.
How the technical score is built
Four Google PageSpeed Insights categories, combined with weights this site controls:
- Performance — 40%
- Accessibility — 20%
- SEO — 20%
- Best practices — 20%
These weights are a BuildWorth product decision, not Google's own overall score. If one category is unavailable the composite is withheld rather than padded with a zero.
How the cost range is built
Each component is a band of hours multiplied by one blended hourly rate, then held inside a published floor and ceiling so no answer can produce a figure nobody would quote. Your answers move the bands. Every report stores the rate and the formula version it was made with, so a later settings change never rewrites a report you already read.
Where the hourly rate comes from
The rate this tool multiplies by is an open-market agency rate, not ArianaCMS's own pricing. It sits inside the $100–$149 per hour HubSpot publishes as typical for web design agencies, and just above the $115.15 per hour US agency average DesignRush measured across 16,297 verified agency profiles in July 2025. It is a blended project rate — junior, mid, senior and QA time together — because the hours below are a whole team's, not one specialist's.
Rate in use on this site: $120/h
Each language of this site shows the figure in its own currency at an hourly rate set for that market; the rate is frozen into every report when it is made.
Quoted senior rates run higher, commonly $175–$249 an hour. Multiplying whole-project hours by a senior rate is the most common way an estimate like this ends up double what the work costs, so this tool does not do it.
Limits worth knowing
- Laboratory measurements vary between runs; a small difference is not proof of an improvement.
- Mobile and desktop are measured separately and are never compared automatically.
- AI usage cannot be reliably determined from a scan, and a site builder's marker only proves that platform.
- A low technical score does not mean a cheap rebuild: quality and complexity are different things.
Assessments and what they cost
A guest may assess 2 distinct websites a day. Reopening a report, refining an estimate, printing and requesting a plan are always free. Technical data stays fresh for 24 hours.
Scoring method version 1 · estimate method version 3
A number is a start. A plan is better.
Ariana rebuilds sites like yours — and writes, translates and narrates what goes on them.
